The location was magnificent and stunning for Burney, not far from local attractions, the center, and Burney, CA.

They gave me queen room with kitchen, a fridge and microwave and the fan. The location was excellent and beautiful, the staff were incredibly nice.

The a double room was nicely updated with kitchen, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very fast internet and coffee in the bedroom. Location just next door to the center of town too, stores and restaurants and California.

Plenty of great food for meals. Good and stunning location close to Burney, CA and the center of town too, could not be better.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, the value was off the charts! The room was clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. The location was perfect, only 10 minutes away from the amazing Burney falls. The staff at the motel was super friendly and accommodating, they really made our stay special.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe more variety would be nice.
